Q: For restaurants, is the voucher for a specific pre-set dinner/lunch/breakfast?
A:  Terms vary with each restaurant.  Specific terms should be listed on our website, as well as on the certificate that you’ll receive.

Q: Can you pick up the tickets or are they mailed out? How long does it take to get them?
A: Our standard routine is to have to pick up your tickets at our offices at 38 Godfrey Nixon Way, Georgetown, so that we may verify your purchase with ID.  However, if you’re off island, you can make special arrangements by either saving the certificates for you upon your arrival.  Should you wish to have them mailed to you, there may be additional fees incurred, depending upon the mode of shipping used.

Q: How do I get the tickets/vouchers?
A: All certificates may be picked up by presenting valid identification at dms Broadcasting, 38 Godfrey Nixon Way, Georgetown.  Business hours are Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5 pm (except on holidays).

Q: What increments are the gift vouchers in and when do they expire?
A: Each certificate may have unique terms and expiration dates.  Those terms are made available on this website.

Q: Please clarify if there are any restrictions on using any of the gift certificates. i.e. how many can be used at one sitting, only certain days, one per person?

A: Typically certificates are limited to one per visit, are not redeemable for cash, and do not include gratuity.

Q: If I buy a certificate today will I be able to use it tomorrow?
A: In most cases, certificates will be available for pick up the following day (unless it coincides with a weekend or holiday).  We need to ensure the transaction is processed.  Once that is confirmed, certificates will be made available for pick up.  For some certificates, you may need to book your activity (boat trips, dolphin swims, Staycation weekends) and are subject to availability.

Q: Kindly advise if I am able to purchase these as a gift for someone.
A: Of course!  The price that appears on the certificate is the full value, and not the purchase price.  These are ideal as gifts.
