Processing Your Order

Once you’ve made your order, you will receive an email to keep for your records. However this is not an actual confirmation. Confirmation will be sent via email upon the completion of the transaction(s) and will advise you on how, where and when to pick-up your product. Our offices are located at dms Broadcasting Ltd., 38 Godfrey Nixon Way, in Georgetown. Business hours are 9am-5pm. And once the transaction has been processed, you simply need to present valid ID to pick up your item.

Details for Off-Island Shoppers:

If you are off island and wish to make a purchase, you’re certainly welcome to do so.  You’ll need to follow up your purchase transaction by sending us an email and details of where you wish for the items to be sent to and by what means (Note: there may be additional costs associated, depending on mode of mailing them to you). 

Also, if you’re planning to visit the island soon and desire to purchase the items now (while they’re available) you can also drop us a note and advise us to hold on to the items you’ve just purchased and you’ll be able to collect them in person, upon arriving on island.
